The display on the Pacemaker Plus tells you your heart rate, calorie usage, speed, distance and time as you run and you can alter the speed to anything between 1 and 18kmph and put the 16 stage incline at a level that best suits you.

The 48 pre-set programmes will automatically change these for you and target key areas like endurance, weight loss and muscle tone.
