The Bodytrain Trackspeed 3000 has an impressive range of 48 pre-set programmes and the high spec computer monitors your speed, distance, time, calorie usage and heart rate via the pressure sensors in the handlebars. There is a holder for drinks during the workout to keep you refreshed and hydrated, and the safety cord means you can go to the top speed of 18kmph without worrying around slipping and injuring yourself.

You can alter the settings via the touch screen and when your day's workout is complete you simply fold up the treadmill and store it away neatly in the corner or in a cupboard.
