This Trackspeed 4500 is just like having your own personal trainer. 40 training programmes alter the speed and incline of the machine automatically during the workout to challenge different areas and really get your heart racing and your muscles pumping. You can run up to 22kmph and have an incline of up to 20% to really challenge you.

You can control the settings via the screen, or through the easy access buttons on the handlebars to make sure you don't have to halt your workout just to change settings and loose pace. The large running track, measuring 131 x 45 cm gives you ample space to run and you can connect your ipod to the speakers for music whilst you train.
